Price List (2011/2012)

$150.00 Basic Session includes (this session type will work for most normal portraits):

• Apx. 60min Session/Shooting time (Add 30min and $35 for sessions involving children under 12 and pets).

• Up to 5 subjects may be photographed, (Price will vary for additional subjects, please contact me for details).

• Travel within 25miles of Saco Maine.

• 10 Images delivered on CD in High Quality JPEG format.

• Touch up of delivered images.

• Permission granted to use delivered images for personal use (i.e. print at the photo printer of your choice, e-mail images to friends and family, share images on Social/Networking websites. ) * Images CANNOT be used for commercial/business use, CANNOT be sold for gain or profit, CANNOT be used for career promotion (i.e. modeling, tattoo portfolios), unless permission is expressly stated by Darkside Photography. By taking delivery of images, you agree to these terms.

$200.00 Standard Session includes (this session type will work for most normal portraits):

• Apx. 120min Session/Shooting time (Add 60min and $35 for sessions involving children under 12 and pets).

• Up to 5 subjects may be photographed, (Price will vary for additional subjects, please contact me for details).

• Travel within 25miles of Saco Maine.

• 20 Images delivered on CD in High Quality JPEG format.

• Touch up of delivered images.

$800.00 Portfolio Session includes (this session is geared towards tattoo, modeling and other professionals and/or businesses):

• 6 Hours of shooting time

• Travel within 25 miles of Saco, Maine.

• Up to 30 images delivered on CD or DVD, in High Quality JPEG format.

• Touch up on delivered images.

• Permission granted to use images for the promotion of purchaser, Images can also be duplicated and distributed by purchaser. *Images CANNOT be resold or gain or profit, CANNOT be reprinted with intent to sell or distribute for profit unless permission is expressly stated by Darkside Photography.

• This session type can be modified as well, contact me if your needs vary from what is stated here.

Weddings: Prices starting at $1400.00, though packages can be customized based in the needs of the client. The basic wedding package includes:

• Up to 10 hours of shooting time (wedding day).

• All usable images in "Web Quality" format.

• 50 High Resolution images with editing.

• Release document to print the images at the photo printer of your choice.

• Travel within 25 miles of Saco, Maine.

Disclosure....

• Darkside Photography their/its heirs or legal representatives are not responsible and will not be held liable any for injury, discomfort or embarrassment incurred within or after sessions. All parties participate in sessions at their own risk.

• 50% of Payment must be received upon completion of 1st session, the remaining 50% must be received upon delivery of Images.

• Violations of permissions or licenses granted by Darkside Photography in relation to purchased sessions will result in legal action.

• Darkside Photography reserves the right to refuse session requests at anytime for any reason.

• Due to the subjective nature of photography, refunds will be given at the discretion of Darkside Photography, less $15 travel expense per session.

Prices for Tattoo/Bands shops

Shop Promotion Photo Session $250-

Includes: up to 5hrs of shooting time, up to 5 images delivered per subject, up to 10 subjects (subjects can be examples of your work, or shop staff members, or both), 10 images of building/shop, rights to use images in advertising, on websites and networking sites. Images from this type of session are more "Studio Style" in nature.

Band Promo Session- Same as above except for: subjects are individual band members, "Shop" shots are replaced with Band group shots, and Band Promo sessions are limited to 7 persons, but include travel to 2 locations.

Shop Promotion Event Session - $40 per hour (2hr min)....

Basically, I just keep clicking, shot are more candid in nature. I will take images of the event for use on your website or networking page or use them on your wall of fame (or shame). I will also take candid shots of examples or your work on attendees.

*Shops farther than 25 miles from Saco will be charged a travel fee to cover fuel expenses.
